  It completes 46 years from the date of declaration of the Emergency in 1975 by Mrs. Indira Gandhi, the then PM of India. At this juncture it’s important to remember some heroic actions of one man who did not lose hope in retrieving the suspended Democracy. Almost everybody had lost the hope of getting the Democracy back in India, but some brave hearts had fought back it with great courage. One such Brave heart was Dr Subramanian Swamy.   Even though the reason for declaration of Emergency was stated as “to control Internal Disturbances and the threats to India”, the actual reason stands out different. There were several instances which made the then PM Mrs. Gandhi to be insecure of her position. Initially started with “Navnirman Movement” during December 1973, as a protest against school fees hike and grew up to dismissal of State government Assembly due to the Corruption in Gujarat.   ಡಾ. ಸುಬ್ರಮಣಿಯನ್ ಸ್ವಾಮಿ 1962 ರ ಯುದ್ಧದ ನಂತರ ಭಾರತ ಹಾಗೂ ಚೀನಾದ ನಡುವಿನ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹದಗೆಟ್ಟಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧವನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರು ಕೂಡ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸುಮಾರು 15 ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಕೈಲಾಸದ ತಪ್ಪಲಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾನಸ ಸರೋವರಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾತ್ರೆ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವಂತಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೈಲಾಸ ಶಿವನು ನೆಲೆಸಿದ ತಾಣ, ಅದರ ತಪ್ಪಲಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಾನಸ ಸರೋವರವು ಹಿಂದೂ ಧರ್ಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೂ ಪವಿತ್ರವಾದದ್ದು. ಆದರೆ 1977 ರಲ್ಲಿ, ’ತುರ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ’ ಘೋಷಿಸಿ ಜನರ ಕೆಂಗಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿಯವರು ಲೋಕಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋತು, ಪ್ರಥಮ ಭಾರಿಗೆ ಜನತಾ ಪಾರ್ಟಿಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವವರೆಗು ಯಾರು ಯೋಚಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಭಾರತ ಹಾಗೂ ಚೀನಾದ ನಡುವಿನ ವೈರತ್ವವು ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡು, ಮಿತ್ರತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಲಾಸ ಮಾನಸ ಸರೋವರದ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾತ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತೆರೆಯಲು ಮಾತುಗತೆಯು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.  ಕೈಲಾಸ ಪರ್ವತ    ಈ ವೈರತ್ವದ ನಡುವೆಯು ಕೂಡ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮನುಷ್ಯ ಆಗಾಗ್ಗೆ ಚೀನಾದ ರಾಯಭಾರಿ ಕಛೇರಿಗೆ ಬೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ಮಿತ್ರತ್ವವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ಸದಾ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ಅತೀ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಚೀನೀ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಕರಗತಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ಚೀನಾ ಮತ್ತು ಅದರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯ ಅಧ್ಯಯನವನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ "ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಶೀಲ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು

Kailash Mountain After the Indo-China War of 1962, the relationship between India & China had worsened. No person worked on re-building the relation with Chinese. Chinese had blocked the Kailash Manasarovar and no Indians were allowed to visit for almost 15 years, till the Janata Party Govt. came up in the Centre in 1977 defeating Mrs. Indira Gandhi, who had declared the Emergency during 1975-76. But there was one man who had frequent visits to Chinese Embassy and was thinking to build the Indo-China relations. He was mastered in speaking Mandarin (Chinese language) with correct accent, He has well-depth knowledge on Chinese Economy, who's PhD thesis at Harvard titled "Economic Growth and Income Distribution in a Developing Nation" included study of China & Chinese Economy and has worked with 2 noble laurates in Economic field Paul A.
